BERLIN X BUDAPEST – RESTAURANT SWAP
We’re swapping kitchens with Restaurant Horváth. Literally.
From April 15–19th, Horváth takes over SALT in the heart of Budapest — while the SALT team lands in Berlin-Kreuzberg to cook at Restaurant Horváth.
Both restaurants bring their own menus, philosophies, and signatures to a new address for five days only.
Szilárd and the team have prepared a menu centered around Mangalica pork, an essential ingredient in Hungarian culinary culture that also plays an important role in Salt’s own history and identity. Among the dishes created especially for this week, they will also bring their signature plates to Berlin, including the “greasy bread,” the “bouquet of herbs,” or the famous “bread dish.”
Salt’s offer in Berlin:
Tasting menu – 185 EUR
Wine pairing – 130 EUR
Non-Alcoholic Pairing – 90 EUR
Dinner & selected lunch services available.
