Join us for a Scandinavian-Hungarian jam session at SALT on the 4th and 5th of March! Pancho Cardenas and Szilárd Tóth will cook together from local ingredients in nordic and Szatmár style. They are going to serve a special 12 course menu only on these two evenings.
Francisco ‘Pancho’ Cardenas was born in Patagonia and worked in top restaurants around the world in the last few years. His cooking style is based on the experiences he gathered during these times. He is now one of the chefs at the Michelin starred kadeau restaurants. They will create 6 dishes each with Szilárd Tóth for these evenings.
